Rosalie "Rosey" A. Alger

She was born October 4, 1942 in Waynesburg, a daughter of the late James C. and Mary McClelland Stewart.

Rosey was a graduate of West Greene High School.

She was a homemaker and enjoyed gardening. She was also very artistic.

She was formerly married to Walter A. Alger, who is deceased.

Surviving are six children, Nina M. Alger Waters and her husband Alberto Mora, Jeffrey Allen Alger and his wife Tammy L. Alger, Shawn Patrick Alger and his wife Dorie Alger, Timothy Charles Alger, Christopher Stewart Alger and his wife Autumn Hoge Alger, and Jeremy Rey Alger; 9 grandchildren; two brothers, James Stewart and Blair Stewart; and her companion, Glen Frye.

Friends will be received from 6 to 8 pm on Tuesday, December 13, 2022 in the Behm Funeral Home, 182 W. High St., Waynesburg, PA 15370, where funeral services will be held on Wednesday, December 14, 2022 at 11:00 am. Interment will follow in Centennial Cemetery, Aleppo Township.
