Frank was born on December 24, 1945. He married Leota Lea Wise Tennant, who preceded him in death on October 25, 2022, on November 14,1970. They had 4 children, Sally, Ronald, Robert, and Richard.
In addition to his children, he is survived by his 3 sisters, Mona, Paula, and Gloria; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Louise Cheek Tennant and brother, Fred Tennant.
In accordance with his wishes, he will be cremated with no service to be held. He will be forever loved and missed by his friends and family.
