She was born September 22, 1945 in Waynesburg, a daughter of the late Harry S. Victor and Viola Anna Fox Jackson.
Rita was a homemaker. She loved taking care of children.
Surviving are a daughter Tammy Baron of St. Augustine, FL; a son, Randy Victor of Crucible; a granddaughter, Cheyenne Victor, two grandsons, Brandyn Victor and Timothy Smith; a great-grandson, Jack Oliver Smith.
Deceased are her husband, Roy E. Cook, a great-granddaughter, Maisie Michelle Smith; two brothers, Harry H. Victor Jr. and Robert Victor; and one sister, Deborah Gump.
Cremation arrangements are being handled by Behm Funeral Homes Inc., 182 West High St., Waynesburg. A memorial gathering will be held at a later date.
