Phyllis Gifford Todd

Phyllis was born on July 23, 1952 to the late Philip E. Gifford and the late Emalene Sullenbarger Gifford. She was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Todd, in 2017.

Phyllis is survived by her two children, Douglas Steves (Jessica) and Robin Whitlatch; 4 grandchildren, Piper and Billy Whitlatch, and Jacob and John Steves; 13 siblings, James Gifford (Paula), Clay Gifford (Pearl), Mary George (Randy), William Gifford (Nancy), David Gifford (Carol), Margaret Shuckhart, Clarence Gifford, Philip Gifford (Caroline), Joshua Gifford (Candy), Charles Gifford, Arthur Gifford (Jackie), Kathleen Naqvi (Mohsin), and Randolph Gifford (Kimberly); and several nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, and an uncle.

She was very loved and will be dearly missed by her family. A private family service will be held at a later date.
