She was born March 6, 1942, in Waynesburg, a daughter of the late Roy W. and Sara L. Livingood Buchanan.
Loralyn was a member of the First Baptist Church, Waynesburg and worked as the church secretary for several years.
She enjoyed baking and playing the piano.
Surviving are four children, Sally Walker of Champaign, IL, Judi (John) Higgins of Waynesburg, Pete (Gretchen) Walker of Peters Twp., Debby (Ron) Hampson of Waynesburg; seven grandchildren, J.D. Higgins, Jordan Stefanizzi, Peyton Coleman, Bo Hampson, Elle Hampson, Wyatt Walker and Gemma Walker; three great grandchildren, Reagan, Lakyn and Tess; a sister, Marilee Martin of Waynesburg; and a brother, John Buchanan of Waynesburg.
Deceased in addition to her parents, is a brother Bill Buchanan.
Friends will be received on Tuesday, December 27, 2022, from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm, the hour of funeral services in the Behm Funeral Home, 182 W. High Street, Waynesburg, PA 15370, with Pastor Joseph Adams officiating. Interment will follow in Greene County Memorial Park, Waynesburg.
