She was born on November 23, 1956 in Waynesburg, Pennsylvania to Martha Smith Young and the late Freddie Lee Young. She was a hairdresser for 30+ years. She enjoyed spending time with family, friends, her customers, and her dogs.
In addition to her mother, she is survived by her daughter, Megan Collins; brother, Douglas Young; a grandson, and several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her brother, David Young; and an aunt and uncle.
She will be buried at Horn Cemetery in Marianna, Pennsylvania at a later date.
