James Michael Hopkins

He was born Tuesday, May 20, 1969 in Waynesburg, PA. A son of James E. Hopkins of Waynesburg and the late Linda Kay Miller Hopkins. Surviving is his Stepmother Vickie Hopkins.

Mr. Hopkins was a member of the Waynesburg Moose Club #461. He loved to ride his motorcycle and enjoyed hunting. He was a truck driver for 22 years and was a former employee of Hoy's Construction Company in Waynesburg.

His Wife: Deysha Lynn Steadman Hopkins died July 29, 2018 in the same motorcycle accident as her Husband.

Surviving are 2 Sons: James Cody Hopkins, and Jon Wyatt Hopkins, both of Waynesburg, PA., 1 Granddaughter: RiLynn Hopkins, 2 Step Daughters, and the Mother of his children: Jonnie Dee McCallister of Morgantown, WV., 2 Sisters: Janet Baxendell, and Amanda Gaines, both of Waynesburg, PA., 2 Brothers: Troy Allen Hopkins, and Jason Curtis Hopkins,both of Waynesburg, PA., 2 StepSisters: Tammy Policz of Waynesburg and Amy Powell of Dilliner, PA. and his Paternal Grandmother: Mary Louise Hopkins of Waynesburg, Several Aunts, Uncles, nieces and nephews.

Deceased are 1 Granddaughter Shane Elizabeth Hopkins.

Friends will be received from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Thursday, August 02, 2018 in the Milliken and Throckmorton FH, Inc. Daryl L. Throckmorton Owner/Director,197 N. Maiden St Waynesburg, PA 15370 where services will be conducted at 11:00 AM Friday, August 03, 2018 with Pastor Robert Mooney officiating. Burial will be in Oakmont Cemetery, Waynesburg, PA.
