Debbie was born on July 26, 1973 to Linda Thomas and the late Raymond Eddy. She graduated from Waynesburg Central High School. She worked at several jobs over the years, including as a caregiver, Wal-Mart, and KFC. She was a member of The Valley Chapel Church. She enjoyed camping, fishing, hiking, and playing with her nieces and nephews.
In addition to her mother, she is survived by her brother, Dale Eddy (Charly); Father, Larry Thomas; stepsisters, Laurie Herrick and Tammy Hayes; stepbrother, Rickie Thomas; many nieces and nephews; and her beloved Snowball.
In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her sister, Donna Phillips.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 16 from 2 PM until 4 PM and 6 PM until 8 PM at Behm Funeral Home, 182 W. High St., Waynesburg, PA 15370. A funeral service will be held on Friday, November 17 at 12 PM at the funeral home; Pastor Monica Calvert to officiate.
