Connie was born on February 23, 1962 in Berlin, Germany to Gertraud "Oma" Voigtmann. She moved to the U.S. permanently in 1990. She worked for Pressley Ridge in Waynesburg for 20 years, and most recently worked for Dr. Crabtree in Washington. Early on in her life as a homemaker, she volunteered at various organizations - including The Youth Center located in Whiteman AFB, in MO, and The American Red Cross - where she received the Clara Barton Award for Humanitarian Services. She was an avid reader, enjoyed being outdoors, and enjoyed spending time with her friends and family.
In addition to her mother, she is survived by her 3 children, Andrew Fox (Amy), Joshua Fox (Lauren), and Stephanie Fox; 3 grandchildren, Peyton, Cameron, and Kieran; former husband, John Fox (Lisa); and many extended family members in Germany.
