Mrs. Rinehart was born in Waynesburg to the late Ralph and Mildred Shultz Moore on May 28, 1943. On September 29, 1961, she married Paul “Buzz” Rinehart, who died on February 10, 2012.
She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Karen and Bali Khan of High Point, NC. Her grandchildren, Tyler Rinehart, Preston and Paige Khan were her pride and joy.
Also surviving are her siblings: Mark and Jo Moore of Rogersville; Joyce and Francis Baldwin, Jr. of Waynesburg; Ann and Roy Hale of La Plata, MD; Richard (Shorty) Moore of Fort Lauderdale, FL; and Carol Engle of Waynesburg.
She will also be missed by 13 nieces and nephews.
Deceased in addition to her parents and husband are her son Richard Paul "Rikk" Rinehart and 2 Brothers: James L. Moore and Jerry Moore.
During her career, Billie Jo brought laughter to customers and patients at Krency’s Bakery and Greene County Memorial Hospital. She was also an active and devoted member of the Washington Street United Methodist Church before she moved to High Point, NC. There, she joined the Covenant UMC.
She will be remembered as a wonderful mother, nana, sister, aunt and friend.
At her request all visitation and services were private with Rev. William Parker officiating. Burial was at the Rosemont Cemetery in Rogersville, PA. Milliken and Throckmorton Funeral Home, Inc.
