Patty Jean "Peanut" Stephenson

She was born September 15, 1962, a daughter of Joe and Ellen Marie (Bray) Harris, Sr.

In addition to her parents, she is survived by her loving husband, Gary L. Stephenson; sons, Michael A. Stephenson, Daniel L. Stephenson and wife Jessica, Kevin D. Stephenson and wife Kandace; brothers, Joe Harris, Jr., and wife Crystal, Tony Harris; sisters, Bobby Anne Harris, Larra Koiner and husband Mark; grandchildren; Jacob David Stephenson, Sidney Lane Stephenson, Caleb Wade Stephenson, Drew Rylee Stephenson and Ember Elaine Stephenson.

A graveside service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, August 17, 2023 at Augusta Memorial Park with Rev. Gwen Carr officiating.

Active pallbearers will be Daniel Stephenson, Kevin Stephenson, Eddie Wallace, Alan Warren, Joe Harris, Jr. and Tony Harris.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday, August 16, 2023 at the Waynesboro Chapel of Reynolds Hamrick Funeral Homes, 618 W. Main St. Waynesboro.

Family members and pallbearers are asked to meet at the funeral home by 9:30 a.m. on the day of the service to ride in procession to the cemetery. Friends may meet directly at the cemetery.
