Judith Lynn Piccinin

“Judy” graduated Magna Cum Laude from Alliance High School and Suma Cum Laude from Mount Union College where she received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and minors in English and History. She was granted a one semester scholarship to Drew University where she attended classes at the United Nations in New York City. Judy was the epitome of a wonderful wife and mother. Her strength, love, and giving spirit will not be forgotten. She was a kidney transplant survivor for over 21 years due to her devoted husband’s donated kidney. Judy served as a paralegal for over 15 years for Northern Virginia law firm Haight, Tramonte, and Siciliano. She also worked at Garnier & Garnier, PC in Falls Church, Virginia before retiring to Wintergreen resort in Nellysford, Virginia in 1998.

She is survived by her beloved husband, Thomas A. Piccinin and devoted daughter, Kelly Lynn Fuller, of Arlington, Virginia.

A memorial service will be held at 2:00 PM on November 8, 2014 at Rockfish Presbyterian Church, 5016 Rockfish Valley Highway, Nellysford, VA with a reception to follow.
