Jessica Collins Lowe, 19, of Lyndhurst, went to be with the Lord on Saturday June 15, 2013.

Miss Lowe was born on December 5, 1993 in Waynesboro, and was a daughter of Douglas Wayne Lowe and Debra M. Brumfield Lowe. She was a 2012 Graduate of Stuarts Draft High School. Jessica loved animals, and one day hoped to pursue a career as a Veterinarian. She also took great pride in the time she spent with her Mother. They enjoyed going to yard sales and jewelry shows. Jessica enjoyed fishing and spending time with her family and friends. She was a people person who never met a stranger. Jessica also attended several churches locally.

Jessica is survived by her father Douglas Wayne Lowe; her mother, Debra M. Brumfield Lowe and special friend Ralph Ritchie, Jr.; a brother, Norman Goodman; two sisters, Mandy Painter, Kathryn Lowe Curry; maternal grandfather, James E. Brumfield and fiancé Jenny Sorrells; special nephew Kayshaun Curry; her beloved dog Duchess, and other dogs Hooch, Panther, Fatty Girl, Shadow; several aunts and uncles; numerous cousins; and many special friends who will miss her greatly. Jessica was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, Robert K. and Ava S. Lowe; maternal grandmother, Patsy Camden; maternal step-grandmother Sarah Brumfield; and her best friend, Ciara Coffey.

A funeral service will be conducted on Thursday June 20, 2013 at 11 AM at the Waynesboro Chapel of Reynolds Hamrick Funeral Homes with Rev. Michael W. Pettry officiating. The family will receive friends on Wednesday evening from 6 until 8 PM at the funeral home.
