So sorry to hear Jason has passed away.  I remember Jason from back when we were teenagers on Friday nights when we went to Canteen at West Waynesboro Church of Christ. Jason was always smiling and very kind.  He will be deeply missed.  My deepest condolences to Mike and his family.

RIP...... you also have cousin's from your mother's side, as well, your maternal grandfather, Raymond Smith.... much love and prayers to the family....

I am so sorry to hear this passing of Jason. He and Michael Joan and Tom were neighbors of ours for many years on court Road. I would see Jason often at the bridge church and we would catch up. He was such a sweet person. condolences to the family and friends

Jason my friend….I was so sad to hear of your passing. I remember going to church with you  and I’ll never forget the one church activity that we all learned how to Snipe Hunt at the pastors house in the filed. I was SO sure we would catch a snipe with that plastic bag hahaha. I’ve since taught others how to snipe hunt in my field at my house to pass it on :)
We all laughed and had fun…those were the good times growing up that you don’t forget. I’m glad I got to share those times with you and our friends and family in Waynesboro.

I am so sorry to hear about Jason.   Many thoughts and prayers for his family.    He was a fine young man, and I can only imagine how you must be feeling about this loss.

Like most who knew you.... we thought we had more time. More time for adventures and catching up. More time for sharing old stories and making new ones. 

Here's an old one that, for legal reasons, may or may not have happened. 6 teens with a fist full of bottle rockets, some lighters, wiffle ball bats whose ends had been cut off to use as a 'bottle rocket launcher' snuck onto a train bridge over a creek one summer night near midnight. The battle began. One rocket flew past another with a 'pow' and 'bang'! Thankfully no one lived nearby. Minutes turned to hours of fun. Then one rocket flew long into a dry grassy field. The wind whipped the small spark into a 4 foot flame in no time. PANIC TIME! Two of them, lets say their names were "Dustin Drown" and "Devin Bones" ran to stop out the flames in a panic thinking "if this field catches fire we are all gonna be in huge trouble". Thankfully the fire was stomped out. After a brief moment of relief, another voice yelled out from the dark, "GAME ON!!!" & the crew continued until we, I mean, they ran out of bottle rocket ammo.   

You will be dearly missed Jason.  When we both get to heaven eventually, 'Game on!'

Jason and family lived next door to us for 39 years. We watched Jason grow up from a mischievous kid to a fine young man. He and a group of kids used to play in our yard. Now he can play in God's yard!

I grew up down the road from Jason and his brother, Michael. Jason was lovingly nicknamed the Punman bc of his love of puns and jokes. Even though we've not seen him for many years, he will always hold a dear place in my heart ♡

Jason was a kind and gentle soul who was always eager to help out in any situation. He worked very hard and was a huge asset to our company.

Worked with Jason many  years.  Rest in peace friend

Jason was a sweet soul!!!!  Always made me laugh and we loved talking about the day we were having.  I will miss our daily talks.  Rest In Peace my dear friend!!!! You will be missed!
