Henry Boone Mohler

Henry was born July 24, 1947 in Nelson County, Virginia, the youngest son of the late William Andrew and Dollie Mae (Truslow) Mohler of Afton, Virginia.

He was a proud Veteran of the US Air Force. His selfless service included three distinguished tours, one in Libya and two in England. He served as a SSgt. After years of dedicated work, he later retired from Wayne-Tex and Mohawk in Waynesboro.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Florence Ramsey, and three brothers, Lewis Andrew, Kenneth Harvey and Sailor Hampton Mohler.

Survivors include his wife, Veronica; four daughters, Donna (Tom), Cindy, Tracy and Renee Mohler; six grandchildren, Sedriq, Maleah, Dylan, Sebastian, Talan and Alexis; one sister, Alice Mohler, as well as a number of nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, November 5, 2022 at the Waynesboro Chapel of Reynolds Hamrick Funeral Homes.

Inurnment will follow at a later date in Arlington National Cemetery.
