He then drove a school bus for Augusta County Schools for two years before ALS forced him to retire. A Celebration of Life will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, November 13, 2023 at the Waynesboro Chapel of Reynolds Hamrick Funeral Homes. The family will receive friends immediately following the service.
Per Charlie’s request, no flowers, please. Instead, he requested that you make a memory with a loved one by fishing, volunteering, visiting a shut-in, or supporting family with love and fun.
The family would like to thank Dr. John “Rob” Marsh and his staff for their care of Charlie, as well as, Augusta Health Hospice of the Shenandoah.
