Bernard Harrison Wood, Jr., 67, of Waynesboro, passed away on Monday December 2, 2013 at Augusta Health.
Mr. Wood was born on November 22, 1946 in Waynesboro, and was a son of the late Bernard Harrison and Cynthia Mae (Thurston) Wood, Sr. Bernard worked for many years as a machinist. He loved to hunt and was an avid NASCAR fan.
Bernard is survived by two brothers, Buddy Wood of Tennessee and Randolph Wood of Waynesboro; two sisters, Frances Rea of Waynesboro, Nannie Mae Painter of Fishersville; and numerous nieces and nephews.
All services will be held privately and at a later date.
