Albert Clifford Rickman

He was born February 26, 1925, the son of the late Alexander and Margaret (Stallard) Rickman.

Mr. Rickman was an Army Veteran and a member of the VFW Stuarts Draft post 9339. He was a member of Waynesboro Free Methodist Church and also attended Evangelical Wesleyan Church in Stuarts Draft.

He is survived by his children; Howard B. Rickman of Lyndhurst, Deborah Y. Borges of Crimora, Daniel O. Rickman of Lyndhurst and Claudette S. Nicely of Lyndhurst; grandchildren; Ashley Nicely, Whitney Nicely, Daniel Clifford Rickman, Derek Borges and Meredith Borges; three great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by twelve siblings and a son Christopher Edward Rickman.

A funeral service to celebrate his life will be held 11:00AM, Saturday, April, 5, 2014 at the Waynesboro Chapel of Reynolds Hamrick Funeral Homes with Elder Henry Wingfield officiating. Burial will follow at Augusta Memorial Park.

Active pallbearers will be Brad Coffey, Jamie Patterson, Shawn Armstrong, Darrell Siron, Tabb Cole, Morris Henderson, Tim Cole and J.R. Henderson.

The family will receive friends on Friday, April 4, 2014 from 6 to 8:00PM at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Mr. Rickman’s honor to the American Heart Association, 729 E Market St, Harrisonburg, Virginia 22801.
