She is survived by her son Valentine Pristera, Jr. of Palatine, Illinois as well as her stepchildren Lola (Tom) Phillips of Oak Park, Michigan, Donella (Jamie) Attard of Brownstown, Michigan, Jerry (Kim) Beaver of Scwartz Creek, Michigan, Richard (Lori) Beaver and Daniel (Judy) Beaver, both of Westland, Michigan. She is the grandmother of 15 and the great grandmother of 14. She was preceded in death by her two husbands, the late Valentine Pristera and Norman Beaver as well as her stepdaughter, Gloria Beaver.
Friends may visit Stella's family during a visitation in her honor on Wednesday August 8, 2012 from 5 pm until 8 pm at the Harry J. Will Funeral Home, 34567 Michigan Avenue in Wayne, Michigan 48184. Her funeral services will be held on Thursday August 9, 2012 at St. Mary Catholic Church, 34530 Michigan Avenue in Wayne, Michigan 48184. The church is located across the street from the funeral home.
Stella will be laid to rest at Mt. Olivet Cemetery in Detroit, Michigan.
Her family asks that memorials be made in her honor to Anglea Hospice.
