Mary bowled in a league for many years. She enjoyed going to the casino, She liked to do yard work and she especially loved spending time with her grandchildren. She was an avid walker and liked to travel as much as she could. She was also an active member of St. Mary's Catholic Church in Wayne, MI for over 80 years and was deeply religious.
She was the loving mother of Michael (Holly) McCormick and proud grandmother of Devin and Zane McCormick. Dear sister of Beatrice Cole and Patricia Guigar. Mary is preceded in death by her parents, Leo and Iris Guigar, and her siblings Frank Guigar and Barbara (the late Al) Horner.
A funeral visitation for Mary will be held Friday, April 25, 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Harry J Will Funeral Home, 34567 Michigan Avenue, Wayne, Michigan 48184. A rosary will be taking place at 7:00 PM.
A funeral instate will begin on Saturday, April 26 at 9:30 AM at St Mary Catholic Church, 34530 Michigan Ave, Wayne, Michigan 48184. A funeral mass will follow at 10:00 AM.
Mary will be missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her.
