Edward began his career at Willow Run Airport, working with Northwest Airlines for a few years before enlisting in the Army, where he proudly served his country for two years. After being honorably discharged, Edward returned to his position with Northwest Airlines which transitioned into Delta Airlines, dedicating fifty years to the company as a supervisor and agent before retiring in 2009. His career was a source of immense pride, and he loved sharing stories of his time with the airline.
In addition to his professional achievements, Edward had a passion for building model airplanes, a hobby that brought him great joy. Known for his cheerful disposition, he brought warmth and happiness to those around him. As a snowbird, Edward spent his winters in Florida, enjoying the milder climate.
A devoted baseball enthusiast, Edward was a lifelong fan of the Detroit Tigers, rarely missing a game. He leaves behind many loving friends who will cherish his memory and the joyful moments they shared.
Edward's life was a testament to dedication, passion, and kindness. He will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him.
