Mason James Hoskinson

MASON JAMES HOSKINSON On September 4, Mason passed away at his home, after a long battle with cancer. Mason was born October 30, 1975, in Allegan. Mason was a graduate of Hopkins High School, Class of 1994. He worked for Sebright Products for many years, beginning at age 15, and for Seimens/Evoqua in Holland for 8 years. Mason was a generous person, avid movie watcher and could quote hundreds of movie quips for almost any scenario to make you laugh. He had a love for food and for cooking. Mason loved his dogs, which were a real comfort to him. Surviving are his fiancAC., Renee Fris; step-son, Cody Heasley; step-daughter, Megan Heasley; step-granddaughter, Lillianna, all in the Holland, MI area; his mother and father, Melodie and Jim Davis, Dorr, MI; his fiancAC.'s father and step-mother, Phil and Phyllis Fris, Hamilton, MI; sisters, Jennifer (Ron) Beckett, Lisle, IL, Tara Davis (Steve Schweitzer), Dorr, MI; brother, CodyJames (Mahea) Davis, Dorr, MI; grandmother, Betty Jeffries, Allegan, MI; many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and special friends. He was preceded in death by his father, James Edward Hoskinson and grandparents, Robert Jeffries, Bill and Adeline Miller. Visitation will be held from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 PM Wednesday, September 9, at Kubiak-Cook Funeral Services, 4330 18th Ave. in Dorr. Funeral services will be held at 2 PM Thursday, September 10, at Kubiak-Cook Funeral Services in Dorr, with visitation prior to the service beginning at 1 PM. At the funeral home, following the service, there will be a light dessert reception. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Hospice of Holland or a gift to the family to help with final expenses.
