Dear sweet Cousins and family,. My heart too is breaking for you all.  Lisa was a shining beautiful spirit and Omgosh did she look like you, Betty at times in her life.  Loved her since we were neighbors but wish I would've spent more time with her.  I ran into her years ago n she told me she had always loved me and looked up to me.  That was Lisa always lifting others up.  I love you all and will continue to pray for you!

Dear John, Betty, Darlene, Melinda, and all Lisa's girls!My heart is broken for your loss. I don't think I have many memories that don't include Lisa in them! Friends since at least kindergarten, and neighbors too! I have been thinking of the times we would play on my swing set in the back yard, make leaf forts together, ride our bikes around town, and play at each others houses. Good, good memories. One particular memory, is from when you guys lived on Railroad St. Lisa and I were watching T.V. and one of those commercials came on about the starving children in Africa. Do you remember those? Well, she felt like she needed to help. So she called the number but, of course, since she didn't have any money she couldn't contribute. I remember her crying about this for a long time. So, I wasn't surprised to learn that she adopted 6 children! She had an enormous heart, a beautiful smile, and I will never forget her laughter! It was great! She was FUN! And I know she loved each of you very much!  To each of her girls, know that your momma loved you deeply.  It goes all the way back to that 15 year old girl who wanted to help those starving children in Africa. But, she had to wait til God lead her to you girls. I'm praying that the Lord covers each of you with His great mercy, His all powerful love, His great comfort, and the peace that only He can provide. I wish I could be there to celebrate her life and cry with you in your loss. I am assured that she is with her Savior and we will rejoice together again when we see one another in heaven. I will miss knowing she is not in the world. Much love to all of you,Heather

I had a great opportunity to grow up with and share a friendship with Lisa. She was for many of us a bright light every single day. When I think back and reflect on my High School experience Lisa is right at the top of many memories as being the one who made us laugh, love, and live with such positive energy. I have her to thank for being a positive influence on me and my outlook on life. I am fortunate and very proud to have been her friend. Her impact on us has been immeasurable.  My heart go out to Lisa's family and her children.

Sending love and strength to the entire family. So very sorry .   Lisa was such a joyful soul that will be terribly missed by so many.  Always had a beautiful smile that would brighten any room.

My heart goes out to Lisa's girls. I will always remember her laugh and smile.  The times spent with the girls riding horses.  The fun times at St. Therese.  Prayers go out to her family.

I am so sorry and heartbroken by the passing of Lisa she was a funny, loving, all around amazing person she was like another sister to me growing up and I will cherish all those  childhood memories!!
