June Margaret (Lindley) Sherwood, age 89, went to be with her Lord and Savior April 12, 2017. She was born on June 10, 1927 the daughter of Herbert and Sada (Shugart) Lindley. She is survived by her children Rebekah (Gary) Butterfield, Jamie Sherwood; her grandchildren BJ (Allie) Shuck, Luke (Jessica) Shuck and Samuel (Kate) Butterfield; great-grandchildren Maxwell, Mackson and Eloise Shuck along with several nieces, nephews and extended relatives. June was preceded in death by her husband of 59 years, James H. Sherwood; her parents and three siblings. Memorial services for June will be 1pm Wednesday, April 19, 2017 at Leighton Church – 4180 2nd St., Caledonia, Michigan. June’s family will meet with friends and relatives from 12pm until the time of services. Memorial contributions may be directed to a charity of one’s choice.
