Frances was born in Prinsburg, MN where she grew up with six brothers and sisters. She then moved to Michigan to attend Calvin College. She was a strong, loving, independent, beautiful lady who loved her family dearly. She was extremely proud of all her grandchildren and their accomplishments. Frances enjoyed spending time with family when they would stop by to visit and loved hearing about their busy lives. She was adored by many nieces and nephews who thought the world of her.
She had a love for reading books and looked forward to her trips to the local library to stock up. She also loved doing crossword puzzles, and watching Nascar races on the weekend. She was a no-nonsense kind of lady who held her head high. She wasn't one for having her family fuss over her but secretly enjoyed the love and affection she received.
Her wish was to be cremated so a celebration of her life will be planned around her birthday in May, 2022. The family welcomes memories and messages in their guest book online at www.kubiakcookwayland.com.
