Carl D. Howland

He was born June 3, 1934 in Grand Rapids, Michigan the son of William and Margaret Howland.

He is survived by his wife of 49 years, Dawn; Kevin (Brenda) Howland, Bill (Layna) Howland, Lucinda Mitchell, Douglas (Angie) Howland and Brandon Howland; six grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; his brother Donald (Sue) Howland along with nieces, nephews and extended relatives.

Carl was preceded in death by his parents and two siblings, Robert Howland and Lynda Ferris. Carl served in the Navy.

A Memorial visitation for Carl’s family and friends will be Sunday, March 26, 2017 from 2pm-4pm at the Kubiak-Cook Funeral Home – Wayland Chapel 312 N. Main St., Wayland, Michigan.

A private family interment for Carl will be in Elmwood Cemetery.
