I'll always remember John for being quite a large part of my life growing up in Blooming Grove. He was only just a sled ride down the hill to our house.  I only had a few close friends and John was one of them; we were a crew. We went lockstep through the grades (I even remember helping him in physiics) and scouts. Michael and Mary and family, my deepest condolences - so sad to hear about your loss and now mine. Feel free to friend me on FB.

While I knew John for many of my early years, it was as a boy scout that I knew him best. He was several years ahead of me. Though he was older, he was always willing to help a tenderfoot like me. God bless and keep you, John

John worked at Sterling Forest and was always there to help the ski patrol when an accident occurred. We all knew and liked John, his friendly and able help was always welcomed. We remember John as one of the "good guys", hard working and no excuses. We will keep John's family in  our thoughts and prayers at this time of loss.

My deepest sympathy to the Beck family on the sad loss of John. He will always be remembered as a kind and good natured guy.

I am so sorry for your great loss. John and I attended school together from elementary to graduation. I met him again a few years ago at, unfortunately a funeral. He had blossomed into a wonderful man and I enjoyed doing some catching up with him. May your memories of him bring you comfort and may he rest in peace.

John was a great man. One of the hardest workers you will every find. He made an impact on everyone he met.

John will sadly be missed by everyone he touched, his big heart and never stop work ethic. You could always count on John's big smile and helping hands.

John was my elderly parent's neighbor and the best neighbor anyone could ever have. He looked after my invalid mother after my father passed away, always offering his help, shoveling the driveway, bringing her the mail, too many acts of kindness to mention here. This man was made of kindness. Mike, my heart walks with you in sorrow.

I worked with John for the last 7 years at safelite , he was the hardest worker ,had a huge heart ,made sure to say "good morning" every day ,and would drop everything to help anyone out who needed it ,  aka "the Beckenator" ,Johnny B ,and or" Bearclaw "      through the years we had our ups and downs ....but our silly banter and laughs together is what will always be remembered...he will truely be missed .
