Dr. Robert F. Dyer Jr.

Went home to be with his Lord and Savior on Sunday, July 15, 2012. He leaves to mourn his passing his wife of 42 years, Doris Swain Dyer; three sons, Robert F. III, William E., Scott R. (Joy); a daughter, Anne M. Bott (George) and one grandson, Joseph E. Relatives and friends are invited to call at JOSEPH GAWLER'S SONS, 5130 Wisconsin Ave., NW (corner of Harrison St.), Washington, DC on Friday, July 20 from 5 to 8 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at the Church of the Little Flower, 5607 Massachusetts Ave., Bethesda, MD on Saturday, July 21 at 12 noon. A graveside service will be held at Cheltenham Veterans Cemetery, 11301 Crain Hwy Cheltenham, MD on Thursday, July 26 at 2 p.m. Dr. Dyer cherished his ties with Johns Hopkins so in lieu of flowers Dr. Dyer asked that expressions of love and respect be in the form of donations to the "Dr. J. Weingart Research Fund". Please make the check payable to Johns Hopkins Medicine with a note on the check "Dr. J. Weingart Research Fund".
