Nancy Marianne Jacobsen, 79, died peacefully on September 9th, 2017, with her beloved Scotty Dog, Franklin, at her feet. Born October 26, 1938 in Michigan, she was the daughter of the late Dr. Robert and Ruth Schultz. She is survived by Paul R Jacobsen, her husband of 57 years; two children, Nelson R Jacobsen of Washington, DC; and Juliet Jacobsen Kastorff of Bryson City, NC; as well as two grandchildren, Isabella and Skye Jacobsen. She and Paul lived in Silver Spring, MD, although their 15 years of residence in Dallas, TX made her an avid Dallas Cowboy fan for life. Nancy founded CPWI in 1994 and became the leading authority on HOAs. A memorial service and celebration of her life will be held. Instead of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Scottish Terrier Club of America Rescue Trust Fund or the American Red Cross Disaster Relief Fund.
