Beloved husband of Lee Elliott; devoted father of Lee Anne Jillings; grandfather of Carter and Emma; also survived by son-in-law Matthew. Services will be held at Saint Francis Episcopal Church, 10033 River Road, Potomac, Maryland on Friday, October 9 at 10:30 am. Interment will follow in Rock Creek Cemetery, Washington, DC. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to The Salvation Army, 2626 Pennsylvania Avenue, NW, Washington, DC 20037.
