On March 31, 2017 in Washington, DC. Beloved sister to Joan Rivas (Robert) and loving aunt to Barclay (Cheryl), Marcus, Jeffrey (Betsy), and Brian. Born in Youngstown, OH to the late Elmer and Martha (nee Roll) Kraemer. Carole dedicated many years to her career in Foreign Service. In addition to her work in the Foreign Service, Carole held a variety of jobs to further peace across the US and world. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Memorial Service at Augustana Lutheran Church, 2100 New Hampshire Ave NW, Washington, DC 20009 on Saturday May 6, 2017 at 5:00 PM.
