Janice received a Bachelor’s degree from Rhode Island College and went on to teach English in the Johnston School System for many years prior to her retirement.
Janice is survived by her sisters Joyce Greene and Jo Marie Donahue; her nephews: Kevin Toolin, Patrick Toolin and Daniel Hernandez, as well as her nieces Kristen Sisson, Tara Flaherty, Joy Erautt, and Shana Greene. She was devoted to her cherished grandnephews and grandniece: Michael, Samuel, Jack, and Emma Jacqueline Toolin. She was the sister of the late William Cahir, and Jacqueline Toolin.
Visitation Saturday, 8:30 am – 9:30 am in the Russell J. Boyle and Son Funeral Home, 142 Centerville Rd., Warwick, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 am in St. Gregory the Great Church, 360 Cowesett Rd., Warwick. Burial in St. Francis Cemetery, Pawtucket.
