Daniel John Rogers, age 78, of Warren and formerly of Bristol, passed away Thursday, December 12, 2024 at his residence, with his loving daughter by his side. He was the beloved husband of the late Linda M. (Delfino) Rogers.
Born in Providence, he was a son of the late Daniel and Marie J. (Marine) Rogers, he grew up in Bristol and had lived in Warren for many years.
A graduate of Warren High school, Class of 1964, Daniel served in the United States Navy during the Vietnam War and was honorably discharged at the rank of a Petty Officer Third Class. Mr. Rogers was the owner of High Tone Spray Enamels for 17 years. An avid hunter and fisherman, he loved to travel and ride his Harley Davidson.
He is survived by his daughter, Lesley Rimoshytus and her husband Patrick of Farmington, NH; three grandchildren, Heather, Justin and Kendra Lake; four great-grandchildren, William, Indira and Mateo McGloin and Ariana Cambell; one sister, Maria Ferreira and her husband Robert of Warren; several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Relatives and friends are invited to a Mass of Christian Burial Friday, December 20, 2024 at 11:00 am in St. Mary of the Bay Parish, 645 Main Street, Warren. Burial will follow in North Burial Ground, Bristol.
