Rose A. Loszewski, age 96, of Warren, MI, passed away Monday, November 29, 2021. Beloved wife of the late Henry; cherished mother of Mike (Pam), Mark (Michelle), and Linda (Garth) Girard; dear grandmother of Ella, Michael (Kristen), Timothy (Kim), Steven (Ashley), and Cleland (Anna); and loving great-grandmother of Jude, Margaret, Anna, Conner, Darrius, and Nathaniel.
Rose was born August 15, 1925 in Hamtramck, MI to the late Stanley and Amalia Mroz. Upon graduating from St. Benedict's High School, she had a whirlwind romance with her late husband Henry. They were soon married and expanded their family with two boys (Mike and Mark) and twenty years later a girl (Linda).
Rose spoke fluent Polish and could often be found dancing the Polka in the kitchen to her favorite song "Who Stole the Kishka?". She was a wonderful cook (almost as good as her mother), and was known for her Plum Dumplings and Golumpki.
Rose was always dressed to perfection, in a blouse, straight skirt, five inch heels, red lipstick, and perfectly styled hair. She would clean the house, go to the grocery store, go to church, etc. in this uniform. Rose loved the color red and shopping for shoes. She also enjoyed watching The Lawrence Welk Show - "Champagne Music" on Saturday night with her family.
Visitation will be held from 9:00 a.m. until time of funeral service at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, December 2 at Temrowski Funeral Home, 30009 Hoover, Warren, MI.
