Ronald W. Bork

Ronald William Bork, age 79 of Detroit died at Wednesday, January 02, 2008 at his home. Ronald was born May 02, 1928 in Detroit, Michigan the son of the late William J. Bork and the late Mary (nee: Maike) Bork. Ronald was raised in Detroit and served in the Army during Korean War having attained the rank of Corporal. After his military service he worked and retired as a purchasing agent for an automotive supplier. When he was not working he loved to fish and hunt or relax at home watching old Western movies especially the old John Wayne movies. Ronald is survived by his wife Clare (nee: Radzialowski). He was the father of Kathy (Jerry) Tessman, Jan (Ray) Kost, Chris Bork, Lynne (Todd) Robertson, and grandfather of Cliff Kost, Rob Tessman, Sarah Rose (Chris) Kost-Cox, Alex Bork, Andy Bork, and Grant Robertson. He is also survived by his siblings, Muriel (Jack) Peddie, and Mel Bork. Visitation for Mr. Bork will be Friday from 3-8 pm at the D.S. Temrowski & Sons Funeral Home, 30009 Hoover Road at Common (12 mile). Funeral Services will be held Saturday 10 am at the funeral home. Officiating the Funeral Service will be Rev. Fr. Michael Gawlowski. Interment will follow at St. Clement Cemetery in Center Line.
