Paul Howard Creek

Paul Howard Creek, age 74, died unexpectedly on Tuesday, May 11, 2021 at Ascension St. John Macomb Hospital in Warren, Michigan from complications due to COVID-19.  Paul was born September 17, 1946 in Springfield, Tennessee, son of the late Sherman Creek and the late Flossy Ann (nee: Bagwell) Creek.

Paul was raised in Kentucky where he attended school until the 10th grade.  Living in the south, young boys went to work early and they worked long and hard Hours.  Paul first worked for the Midwest Paper Company, then eventually moved to Michigan in 1967 for better work and better wages.  He worked his entire career as a cold header, employed with Michigan Screw, Detroit Heading, and most recently Shannon Fastener Company.

Paul was a simple man who enjoyed the simple pleasures of life and all that God promised.  He was a constant jokester, yet possessed a deep devotion to his faith in God. A man with a compassionate heart, Paul cherished his cat and dogs.  He loved riding his Honda Goldwing and spent his quiet time at home watching television.  Paul's greatest joy in life was his adoring wife, his four beautiful daughters, as well as his precious grandchildren and great-grandchildren.  He will forever be missed by all whom he touched on his life’s journey.

Paul was the beloved husband of Annie Creek, and dear father of Lisa (Bobo) Joines, Selena (Bernie) Colasanti, Paulette Creek, and Deanna (Walter) Woolley.  Loving grandfather of Justin, Tony, Sara, Leanne, Mikey, Miranda, Silas, Sydney, and great-grandfather of Ben, Avery, Lila, and Liam.  Paul is also survived by his siblings, along with many cherished family members and friends.  

Visitation for Mr. Creek will be held on Friday, May 21, 2021 from 3-9 pm, with a 7:00 pm Funeral Service, at the D.S. Temrowski & Sons Funeral Home, 30009 Hoover Road at Common (12 1/2 Mile Rd) in Warren, Michigan.
