Morris Silverman

Born in Detroit and raised by the late Mary Anne Joseph who was referred to Jr. or John. Morris was on the go his entire life. When he was younger he liked to play softball, pool, and ride his Harley. He married his wife Mary, whom he adored in 1949. Together they had 7 children and raised their son Danny from the age of 12, He drove a truck for 30 yrs, when he wasn't driving his truck he like to travel on occasion with his wife and children. They loved to go to Vegas, and would travel from Mi to Florida for many years. Morris was a determined man, he lived his life his way until the very end. He was a beloved husband,dad, great-grandpa and great-great Grandpa, brother, uncle and friend. Morris will be dearly missed by all.

Beloved husband of the late Mary for 49 years to whom he wed on November 25, 1949. Cherished father of Jack (Donna) Silverman, Anna (the late Gene) Stewart, Sandra (Norm) Byrn, Mary Ann (the late Mark Magnan) Silverman, Ginger (Tim) McKeehan, Paul Silverman, Danny Green, and the late Morris (Keri) Silverman. Dear grandfather of Jasen, Jeff, CJ, Marylynn, Lisa, Brian, Michele, Lori, TJ, Jamie, Michael, Jessica, Jeanette, Bryan, Nick, and Andrea. Loving great-grandfather of Jace, Todd, Breanna, Hannah, Rebecca, Santino, Amber, Olivia, Brooke, Eli, Madison, Adeline, Amelia, Elaina, Alexis, Michael, Luke, Zachary, and Iris. Adored great-great-grandfather of Roman, Scarlett, Alecia, and Zamir. Caring brother of the late Dorothy Calisti. Dear uncle of Sam Calisti. Also survived by his beloved dog and faithful companion Bear.

Visitation Wednesday, March 9th from 1pm until 8pm with a service at 7:30pm at A.H. Peters Funeral Home, 32000 Schoenherr Road, in Warren.
