Maria was born on February 12, 1934 in Kopanica, Yugoslavia to her loving parents Mathias and Gertrude Engel.
She is survived by her children Lillie Delkov and Frank (Rene) Delkov. Grandchildren Sonya (Derek) Semos, Ali (Melissa) Beydoun, Angelica (Ernest) Delkov, Jessica (Scott) Kirchner and Nicholas (Alicia) Delkov. Great grandchildren Trinity, Arissa, Angelina, Kaleigh, Noah, Owen and Cassandra. Sisters Magdelena (Anton) Gerbatsch and Katherine Waltenspiel. Sister-in-law Hilda Herpel and many nieces, nephews and friends.
Maria was preceded in passing by her beloved husband and companion of 57 years, Franz Delkov and sister Anna Waltenschik.
Friends may visit the AH Peters Funeral home, 32000 Schoenherr Rd., Warren, MI 48088, on Tuesday, April 9, 2024 from 3:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M.
A funeral service is scheduled for Wednesday, April 10, 2024 with an in-state from 9:00 A.M. until the service at 10:00 A.M. in the AH Peters Funeral Home Chapel.
