Kenneth Dale Duncil, 69, of Warren Michigan and born in Detroit Michigan(December 6th, 1953) sadly left us on his birthday December 6th, 2022, at Ascension St. John Macomb Hospital in Warren Michigan following a lengthy battle with cancer.
He was the dear son of the late Marcelene (Clouse) Creekmore and the late Roland Duncil. He was predeceased by the loves of his life, wife Charlotte, and daughter Debbie Duncil. He was the last remaining sibling being predeceased by Billy Duncil, Gayle (Phillip Taylor) Emerson, Kathleen (Harry) Bellow, Bryan (Mary) Duncil, and Bernard Duncil.
Many of his family and friends were key in his care over the last few years as he fought his battle, and for that he was eternally grateful. He is survived by and will be missed by Seger (his dog), his many nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews, a great great niece, cousins, and friends. He absolutely loved family reunions and telling stories and reminiscing about the past.
Kenny was a most generous man willing to help any who needed it. He was a veteran of the US Army, and loyal Ford Motor Company employee (retired). He was loved by so many and will be remembered as a huge fan of Detroit sports, University of Michigan football (Go Blue!), MSNBC, Amazon (called himself a Prime-ate) Bob Seger, American bald eagles, and animals. He often bragged about his robins and how many babies they had each spring! He was a huge supporter of numerous animal rescue charities.
In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to the Michigan Humane Society in his name as it was one of his favorite causes.
A memorial visitation for Ken will be held Saturday, December 10, 2022 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM at A.H. Peters Funeral Home, 32000 Schoenherr Road, in Warren, Michigan 48088.
