It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Joshua James Bates, who left us on September 9, 2023, at the age of 40. Joshua was a cherished son, a devoted friend, and a kind soul who touched the lives of many.
Joshua had a deep passion for the water and enjoyed every moment he spent on boats and kayaks. He found peace and solace in the gentle rhythm of the waves and the beauty of nature surrounding him. His love for the water was a reflection of his adventurous spirit and love for life.
Joshua's heart was as vast as the ocean, and he was a true friend to everyone he met. His warmth and genuine kindness endeared him to all who had the privilege of knowing him. He had an incredible ability to make people feel valued and welcomed, leaving a lasting impact on their lives.
One of Joshua's greatest joys was spending time with his loyal companion, Luna, his beloved dog. Their bond was a testament to the unconditional love and happiness that pets bring into our lives.
Above all, Joshua was a devoted son who took exceptional care of his mother. His love and support were unwavering, and he made sure she knew she was cherished every day.
Joshua James Bate's departure leaves a void in our hearts that can never be filled, but his memory will live on in the stories we share and the love we continue to hold for him.
He will be dearly missed and forever remembered.
Rest in peace, Joshua.
