Joan was born in Ontario Canada on October 16, 1943 to her parents Sidney and Doris.
She is survived by her daughter Jennifer Harp, grandchildren Jaylen, Jordan, and August, adopted daughter Danialle and adopted granddaughter Kayla, sister Lois Jorah, nephew Raymond Jorah, great nieces & nephews Tristen Jorah, Tiera Jorah, Jason Jorah, Haylee Jorah.
She was predeceased by her spouse Francis Jacobs, siblings, Gloria Dickinson, Gerald Lyvinsov, Allen Lyvinsov and nephew David Jorah.
Friends may visit the AH Peters Funeral Home, 32000 Schoenherr Road, Warren, MI 48088 on Sunday November 26, 2023 from 2:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. with a funeral service at 7:00 P.M.
