Guenter Neumann

Guenter Neumann, age 91 of Sterling Heights, died Saturday, January 21, 2017 at Autumn Wood Health Care Facility in Warren. Guenter was born May 15, 1925 in Offenburg, Germany in the Black Forest region.Following retirement, Guenter continued to enjoy his hobby of tinkering around his home and tendng to his yard. He was extremely proud of his German heritage, yet held his greatest love and pride for his family, children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.Guenter was the beloved husband of Susanne, and was the dear father of Rosemarie (John) Nassar and Thomas (Tom) Neumann. He was the loving grandfather of Ryan (Stacy) Nassar, Jennifer Nassar, and great-grandfather of Landon and Olivia. He was preceded in death by sister, Ingeborg Welch. Visitation for Guenter will be held Tuesday, January 24th from 2-9pm at the D.S. Temrowski & Sons Funeral Home, 30009 Hoover Road at Common (12 ½ Mile Rd) in Warren. His Funeral Service will be conducted at 11:00 am on Wednesday, January 25th at the funeral home.
