Donald Joseph Walsh

Donald was a long time parishioner of St. Hubert Catholic Church and before that at St. Valerie. In Clinton Township, he built his own house where he lived and raised his family throughout the years. As a talented gardener he would have an abundance of fruits and vegetables that he would spend time with his wife Margaret canning and preserving. Family meant the world to him and he adored every moment he spent with this kids, grandkids and great grandkids.

Donald is the beloved husband of the late Margaret "Peggy" Walsh. The loving father of Cheryl (Michael) Borders, Patricia (Robert) Arthur, Thomas (Kristi) Walsh, and Marie (Douglas) DeCeuninck. Cherished grandfather of Melissa Arthur, Brittany Arthur, Abby Johnson, Emily DeCeuninck, Daniel Borders, Maggie DeCeuninck, Andrew Borders, Olivia DeCeuninck, and Sammie DeCeuninck. Proud great grandfather of three. Dear brother of Louis Walsh, Frank Walsh, Martin Walsh, Michael Walsh, the late MaryLu Defauw and the late Beth Ann Walsh.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, April 4, from 2pm until 8pm, with a rosary at 7pm, at A.H. Peters Funeral Home, 32000 Schoenherr Road, in Warren. Instate will be held on Friday, April 5, from 10am until the time of the funeral mass at 11am, at St. Hubert Catholic Church, 38775 Prentiss Street in Harrison Township.
