

Dennis Alan Dardzinski, age 52 of Warren, Michigan, died suddenly December 9, 2016 at St. John Oakland Hospital in Madison Heights, Michigan. Dennis was born April 8, 1964 in Detroit, Michigan, son of Donald R. Dardzinski and the late Kathryn Anne (nee: Stinnette) Dardzinski.Dennis was raised in Hamtramck where he attended and graduated from St. Florian Catholic High School, the Class of 1982. While in high school Dennis excelled at football and baseball. Following high school, Dennis served in the United States Army eventually returning home to Hamtramck with an honorable discharge.Dennis worked for the City of Madison Heights within the Public Works Department along with owning and operating D & C Concrete. When Dennis was not working, Lady Luck was always on his mind. When he was able, he loved traveling to the casinos in Detroit and visited Las Vegas annually for over 30 trips.Dennis was an avid concert goer. As a young man, and over the years, he attended many concerts at different venues all the while keeping every ticket stub to every concert attended. His favorite concert memory was when he and his best friend invited each of their mother's to join them at an Engelbert Humperdinck concert; it became their best double date ever!In addition to his love of gambling Dennis also loved his classic Cadillac's. He probably should have been born during the 1950's so that he could have ran with the Rat Pack in Vegas. He loved all the old classic standards by the likes of Sinatra, Elvis, Dean Martin, and Tom Jones. Dennis also was a singer in his own right picking up the mike any chance he could to sing karaoke and belt out some Jimmy Buffet. Dennis' greatest accomplishment in life was his two daughters whom he cherished and, likewise, the girls cherished their father. His family will always remember Dennis for his infectious smile and personality. Dennis was recently blessed further with a new granddaughter, Alice.Dennis is survived by his loving daughters, Jaclyn (David Bertrand) Dardzinski and Tracy (Chad) Pasciak. He was the beloved son of Donald and the late Kathryn Anne Dardzinsk, and dear brother of Mark (Wendy), Brian (Diane) and Karen Dardzinski. Proud new grandfather of infant Alice, and also survived by many loving relatives and friends.Visitation for Dennis will be held on Tuesday, December 13th from 3-9 pm at the D.S. Temrowski & Sons Funeral Home, 30009 Hoover Road at Common (12 1/2 Mile Road) in Warren. Funeral services for Dennis will be held at the Funeral Home on Wednesday 10:00 am at the funeral home . In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the National Multiple Sclerosis Society, 21311 Civic Center Drive, Southfield, MI 48076.
