Zajkowski, Catherine Mary, age 93, April 2, 2022. Beloved wife of the late Bernard. Dear mother of Caroline Howell, Richard, Robert (Pam) and the late Cathy Jurban. Dear grandmother of Hannah, Sadie, Rodney, Charlotte, Wendy, Rob, Kristina, Holly, Rachel, the late Jesse, and Canan. Catherine is loved and missed by her many great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her brothers John, Anthony and James. Catherine was a bit of a local celebrity, spending 30 years as a cashier at the 11 Mile and Hoover Pharmacy. She was a strong, opinionated woman who was very protective of her family. Like a true Matriarch, she loved taking care of everyone. Her famous pizzelles and French toast will be greatly missed.
A Memorial Gathering will take place on Saturday, April 23, 2022 from 11am until the time of a Memorial Service at 2pm at D.S. Temrowski & Sons at 30009 Hoover Road in Warren.
