Betty Lue Lawson

Betty Lue Lawson, age 88, died Friday, September 28, 2018 at Ascension St. John Hospital in Warren. Betty was born at home in Roseville on April 23, 1930, daughter of the late Arthur and the late Minnie (nee: Rush) Markwood.Betty was preceded in death by her beloved husband, William L. in 1995. She was the treasured mother of Kathleen (Roger) Frezza, and the loving grandmother of Matthew (Caitlin) Frezza, Alycia Frezza, and Ada Frezza. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by brothers, Vernon, Richard, Frederick Markwood, and sisters Lavetta Jeup and Annabelle Ketelhut.The family will receive friends on Wednesday, October 3 from 12:00 pm (noon) until time of her Memorial Service at 1:00 pm at Christ Lutheran Church, 32300 Schoenherr Road (at Masonic) in Warren. Officiating the service will be Pastor Daniel Cave.Arrangements have been entrusted to the D.S. Temrowski & Sons Funeral Home, 30009 Hoover Road at Common (12 ½ Mile Road) in Warren.
