Francis Chester Windsor, 71, of Mitchellville, MD, passed away on Thursday, June 27, 2017.
Family and friends are welcomed for a visitation on Thursday, July 6, 2017 from 10:00am - 11:00am at St. Thomas Episcopal Church, 14300 St. Thomas Church Road, Upper Marlboro, MD.
A funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 6, 2017 at 11:00am at St. Thomas Episcopal Church.
Interment will take place at St. Thomas Episcopal Church Cemetery immediately following the funeral service.
