Elijah Mitchell was born on February 10, 1998, to Melissa Prophet and Yedidyah Yis’rael. We are devastated by this loss and completely unprepared. Elijah was a joker and showman from a young age. He immediately filled the lives of those around him with joy. Elijah graduated high school in 2016. He soon found his passion in boxing and started to pursued it as a career along with being a personal trainer.
Elijah was a loving son, brother to Tiffany, Malaysia, Isaiah, Autumn and Brendan, an uncle to Jasmine, Jayla, Mya and predeceased by his niece Janyia, a nephew and friend who adored his family. Elijah was passionate about chess, teaching children and his family and a firm believer in Israelism. His presence is sorely missed and his loss is deeply felt. Even though Elijah was taken from us much too soon, he was able to teach us so much in such a short amount of time, namely making Black Gold tea and the health benefits of drinking it.
His services will be held at Huntt Funeral Home on 3035 Old Washington Rd., Waldorf, MD 20601 on July 19, 2022 at 11 am.
