Cindy Annette Hosier

Cindy was born on Feburary 23 1965 in West Newton, Pennsylvania. before moving to Maryland as a child. She was the daughter of the late Edward Ray Fultz and Ruth Ann (Shoaf) Fultz. She graduated from Oxon Hill High School in 1983. She worked as a computer operator in several locations in Michigan and New Jersey before settling again in Maryland. She met her future husband Andrew at a Taco Bell restaurant where they both held part-time jobs. They married on September 5, 1987.

She loved spending time with her family and became a proficient embroiderer,quilter, and seamstress who loved to make blankets, purses, rugs, clothes, and ornaments for her friends and family. She also loved traveling around the country to the various Taekwondo tournaments in which her children competed.

She is survived by her husband, son Ricky, daughter Becky, granddaughter Athena, sister Cheryl (Scott), as well as many nephews, nieces and cousins as well as a host of friends.

In lieu of flowers please consider donating to Catholic Charities of Baltimore Adoption Services or Last Chance Animal rescue. These were both causes Cindy was very passionate about.
