Steven E. Foster, 62, of Waco, Texas passed away Wednesday, March 23, 2016. A memorial service will be Friday, April 1, at 9 a.m. at Connally-Compton Funeral Directors.
Steve was a hard-working and kindhearted man who aspired to publish his self-written bartending book "Drinks for the 21st century." The many people who knew and loved Steve can attest to his great sense of humor and knack for coming up with inventive drink ideas. Steve was known for his tradition of serving free ice cream to his customers at Cheddars from his own tab as a token of generosity to many. He will be dearly missed by all his friends and family.
He is survived by his older brother, David Foster; and his two nieces, Lacy Gomez, age 29 and Megan Brieger, age 23.
